On December 23, 2014 Dr. Freeman saw me and I was unable to walk and had been that way since November 9, 2014 and I did go to the hospital on that date also but they did not help me then. Dr. Freeman had the same information as the doctors did then but he had enough sense to order a Dilantin level test in which my level was extremely high should have been between 10 to 20 but it was at a critical level of 41.9, Doing that saved my life. I was admitted into the hospital but it took 4 days for the level to get down to normal. thank you Dr. Freeman

Dr. Freeman's flippant disregard and utter negligence have led to the misdiagnosis and untimely death of my beloved family member.
