I met dr. Filipe twice this year for brachytherapy, both times were excellent, very professional, truthful and listened. Discussed in layman’s terms. Would recommend to anyone and the staff were the same! Don Fletcher sends

First visit was impressed with Dr. Felice's manner. Took the time to help me understand procedures and why radiation was necessary for me. I can only hope for a beneficial outcome noting the pros and cons. I feel I am in good hands with Dr. Santo.

Didn't expect him to arrive on time, so wasn't surprised when he was 30 minutes late. The nurse who filled the time was rude and unhelpful. He didn't really answer my questions and didn't seem to care.

Wonderful radiology staff but Dr. Filice was rude, late, and dismissive. I waited 4 hours to meet him for maybe a 5 minute game plan about radiation. I'm truly shocked that he has a high rating.

Punctual, Staff that explains everything that was coming up at next visit etc. Knowledge of Dr.Filice must be good as he is extremely busy .
We have to admit the first visit left us with the feeling of actually not liking him, but the 2nd visit changed when he took the time and explained everything about the type of cancer my husband was dealing with and the treatments available....the first visit left us feeling rushed, walked in said you need an MRI, which we had to travel back a couple of weeks later 3.5 hrs. one way, it couldn't be done at our own hospital only 25 min. away. And stated as he was leaving the door at the 1st visit , you know you have had this for 7 years and left the room, we looked right away for him to explain it, but he was gone like a ghost. He explained everything fully on our next visit, I can only say, I am glad it was my husband's decision at that time whether or not to go back, myself I may have felt different. I only wish he took the time after the procedure is done to talk to the family , wife, children as John was asleep for the procedure and it would have been nice to have had some more information, We got it thru the nurses in the day surgery dept.
