as a former employee i assisted her in multiple bone marrow biopsies. she has the absolute poorest skills with reguard to bone marrow biopsies. every one i witness, she was unable to attain any bone marrow, and was in the room, poking and prodding with all her weight for over an hour, with little progress. that is, unless you count temporarily paralyzing her patients. she is the only one who never fails to put the patient in severe pain for days after the procedure, even though she also uses about four times as much numbing lidocaine as the other doctors. and after all the pain she puts the patient through, iv also witnessed her being unable to finish the procedure, and interrupting another doctor to get the bone marrow. this of course means that she put the patients through agonizing pain and temporary disability for absolutely nothing, that is the worst part...that she doesnt even acknowledge the fact that her patient is in needless pain, and it was her fault.
