I saw him during a recent ER visit and he was not only an excellent physician, but also an exceptionally kind and friendly man. Being poor and uninsured, I don't often get thorough or respectful treatment from ERs, but Dr. Berg did all the necessary tests to find out what was wrong and never for an instant made me feel less deserving of the best care than any other patient. He used excellent medical judgment and explained everything I needed to know about my conditions. This man deserves a Physician of the Year Award!
