Dr. Latt does a great job looking you in the eye and listening. He is a bit on the quiet side, but takes the time to listen to all of your questions and concerns.

very dis organized needs an assistant to find things. loses files and xrays,keeps you waiting for hours, does not exude confidence to give you the feeling that he knows what he is doing.get a second opinion before you do anything.
