Dr Bill has been my doctor for 24 years I love him he is great and Linda is awesome.The only thing I can say it's the wait to get into see him.

Secretary needs to go. Leaves the phone off the hook most of the day, and the rest of the day it’s a busy signal, presumably from everyone else trying to get through since she never answers. The wait time is ridiculous for a family doctor , if myself or children have a infection or minor health problem that can be treated without the need for ER , it’s impossible to get in to see him in a timely manner , nearly 2 month wait .

Tired of waiting 2 months for appointments and then having concerns dismissed while there...

The last several years haven't been the same level of care as it once was, or should be. You can't even get through on the phone to make an appointment most days, and when you do, you're told it's a two month wait to see him.
Once you get to your appointment you are told you can only discuss one topic with him. If you need a prescription filled, that counts as your one topic, and you are told to make another appointment to address other things. So if you have multiple issues you would like addressed, you could be waiting six months or more for help. I've also gone to appointments and asked if I could be referred to specialists for certain conditions, and was refused, but was also not treated or even examined by Dr. MacDonald for these issues. Some may think having no family doctor may be worse, but I feel what's the point having one if you can't get into see him, and when you do, he does nothing. My family and I end up having to go to the Emergency Department for treatment even when it's not an actual emergency because of this. It's disappointing and disgraceful because his patients deserve better.

Bill MacDonald has been my doctor for 10 years. He is the best doctor I have ever had. He is very knowledgable.

You have to wait hours to get in to see him to discuss one issue and getting apt takes 5 weeks

Great doctor!! Very mild mannered but very knowledgeable! Dr. Bill has been our family doctor for almost 30 years and I would not even think about going elsewhere. Linda is the best! Very kind and very sweet!
