Dr. Ross is not a good doctor in my opinion. I have been going to see the nurse practiioner for my annual checkups because she actually checks everything. Dr. Ross apparently did my blood pressure but it took about 5 seconds and the cuff didn't even get tight. He said "Well, your blood pressure is fine." I also had problems with my thyroid and my symptoms did not go away. Instead of trying to increase my dose he said that there is no longer anything wrong with my thyroid and perhaps I am depressed. He is sending me to a internist to "make me happy" and in my opinion to get me off his hands because I am sticking up for myself and telling him there is still something wrong. I would NOT recommend this doctor.

He is a terrible doctor. I have been seeing him for 20 years and he has never helped me. When I had pneumonia, he told me it was nothing, so I ended up spending days in the hospital. He refused to make me a referral to a psychiatrist when I was depressed and getting worse. He took all kinds of tests for my thyroid function when I started showing symptoms and told me nothing was wrong with me and to just 'deal' with it. He has never taken me seriously. Any time I want him to take me seriously, I have to bring one of my parents with me, and I shouldn't have to because I am 24 years old! Only when I did that has he finally referred me to a psychiatrist and gotten me help for my thyroid.

Dr. Ross has been my doc since age 14. I became addicted to Oxycontin and he helped me get off of this nightmare He also has set me up for bariatric surgery. I am very happy with Dr. Ross and would recommend him to anyone. The only reason my children do not go to him is his office is on the other side of town.

Every time I see him, it like he is in a big hurry and doesn't talk much. Heavy on pills, pills for everything. About 4-5 years ago I went for a complete physical, it took him about 3 minutes, must be the world record for a check up, needless to say I never went back for a physical. If they were more around I would switch in a heartbeat

I don't find Dr. Andrew Ross to be very compassionate or sensitive, not giving much credit to what the patient has to say. Wait time is generally low, and I believe that he has a good medical knowledge base.

Dr. Ross has looked after our family since he opened his practice in our neighbourhood. He is a great diagnostician IMHO! We have always been able to see him when needed. His staff is wonderful too. In crisis, he is very calming as well as being very thorough. I would recommend Dr. Ross to anyone. We love him. The McGregor family.

Our family has established an excellent rapport with Dr Ross. We have gained his trust and as well we trust him without question. When you ask for repeats on Rx's there is no third degree to see if you really need them. That is where the trust comes in.

He does talk very much..I'm the patient who is telling him that I should get this test...I think he does not like to treat older people

Dr. Ross is a very compassionate person who is burdened with a heavy practice. He and his partner in the practice do a great deal work for this neighbourhood.
