Dr Schwemm has been my primary for the last 8 years. Due to an industrial accident when I was 20, I having ongoing complex immune issues. Dr Schwemm is by far the best primary I've ever had.

Typical insurance company doc. No interest in wellness or proactive care, just 5 minutes of minimal attention. She is very nice, but clearly out of her depth with anything more complex than a fever. Additionally, she seems to take no pride in diagnosis and sticks to the same 3 or 4 standard questions. That doesn't do any good when you're trying to solve an issue.

Quite possibly the best PCP Doctor I have ever had- She works with you, she spends time with you, she is encouraging and helpful and truly cares about her patients and their overall well being - Mind, Body and Spirit.

Intermed is a HORRIBLE organization. if you want to be treated like a number and all you do is provide money to the practice, then go to Intermed. If you want to have a LTR relationship with your health care supplier, do not go to this horror show known as Intermed. The staff is horrible mean and antagonizing. Dont ever miss a bill you are sent to collections in 15 days, even if you have full insurnace. I mised a $45.00 bill and Intermed had Maine Health Services (collections) call me to see if I need to apply to Maine Care!!!! Never again Intermed is the most purest example what is wrong with health care providers today. I have had better personal service in a New York City emergency room! Did I say HORRIBLE!?

I Love Dr. Schwemm. she has been my Doc for 6 or 7 years and I would never leave her! She has a good sense of humor, knows her stuff and has a great memory for patients.

Dr. Schwemm is awesome. She is extremeley knowledgable and caring. Remembers all my health issues from visit to visit. Really cares about your total well being not just physical health. Love her!

Heather is the doctor for both me and my husband. She always seems to remember me and issues I've had even though i usually only see her once a year. I feel very comfortable around her. She is very kind and gentle and very easy to talk to.

Heather is kind and knowledgable. She remembers information I've told her from one visit to another. Her assistant, however, has been very rude to me. Since she is the person I interact with between visits, I'm seriously considering changing doctors because of it.

Dr Schwemm is a very kind and helpful physician. She answers questions well and doesn't make you feel like you are being rushed.
