Very rude. Shows no concern what so ever and made the patient feel worthless. He has no compassion! Slammed the door twice. He seemed aggravated the entire 10 minutes he was in the room.

Dr. Jones was one of the rudest doctors I have ever encountered. My boyfriend and I have been experiencing a serious allergic reaction/skin rash for months from head to toe. We had seen 5 different doctors, none were able to diagnose us. After a long night of constant itching and burning, and no sleep for 24 hours, I resorted to going to the ER in the early hours of the morning in search for help. When Dr. Jones called us in, he just waved his hand. My boyfriend had to ask if we were even the right people he was looking for. Upon glancing at a tiny portion of rash on my hand (just because it was the most readily available spot) he wrote it off as scabies. I explained that I had been tested for scabies & it was negative. He asked why we came to the er, told us he wasn't a dermatologist, and to go somewhere else. I tried to explain but he continuously interrupted me and told us to leave. Very discouraging that our last hope refused service.
