I used Dr Nguyen's services for about 6 years until I got tired of her giving me on average only 4mn of her time (I timed it). But maybe this is not her fault but the office manager's bad scheduling skillls... Dr Nguyen apparently also does not read her notes before she sees you, because she tends to say "white" on one visit and "black" on the next one while dealing with the same topic. It can be very confusing. I never had to use her services for any life-threatening ailment, but I would not trust her too much. Currently on the market for a reliable Dr.

Now my family and I have been around doctors my entire life. All of us except for me have been in nursing, funeral directing, or medicine in one way or another. This particular doctor amazed me, but not in the good way. She entered the room about 10 minutes after I did, after filling out all the forms of course. At which time she proceeded to give me incorrect information about my condition. Now when I asked a few questions about it, she said "What exactly do you want from me? What medication do you want?" to which my reply was "My only want from you is advice, i need to know what I can do to fix this illness as fast as possible." Now we talked for a few minutes, only for her to then tell my girlfriend that if she would stop sleeping with me and move out of my apartment. I would then marry her. Then continued to tell my girlfriend that she was wrong for sleeping with me before marriage. Needless to say I walked out, paid the $25.00 and I will not be going back to her again.

Preparing to meet the MD for the first time, I completed all office forms. In addition, I brought a list of my current symptoms and concerns and previous medications. Refusing to consider or even look at my list of physical symptoms, she focused on her own apparent agenda based on one of her questionnaires. She instead made religious and psychological assumptions stating that I lacked thankfulness and focused on my personal spirituality. I felt dismissed, was treated with prejudice and hostility. In short, this MD did not address my goals for the appointment, ignored my history, focused on religious matters, and failed to function as a physician of internal medicine.
