Emergency Room doctors see people often in times of tragedy and crisis. Patients don't get to choose which doctor we see when faced with a medical emergency. I was fortunate that Dr. Leon Martin was on duty when my family member needed care. He acted quickly, diagnosed the problem, and provided the treatment that lead to a very positive outcome. I watched the way he treated his staff, as well. He worked quickly and had to be abrupt with orders, but he was polite and not at all "bossy". He was authoritatiive without being off-putting. What could have been a horrible experience in an emergency turned out well, and I owe a debt of thanks to this outstanding emergency physician! God Bless You, Dr. Leon Martin!
