Long waiting times (often told to go to a clinic!) and sometimes vague answers to problems. Seems to rely too much on referrals to specialists. Very friendly manner, thorough, never rushed, good with children.

Dr. Story is the best Dr. I've ever had. She takes so much time with me, listening, types everything I say on her computer so it's recorded, and if she is the least bit unsure about anything she refers you to the specialist of your choice. I don't feel rushed out of the appointment - she listens. What more do people want from their Dr. but to know your concerns have been heard and that she will follow up on your needs?

This Lady is the best Doctor I have very known.Cares a great deal about her patients and she will talk to you about things not just shove some bills on you like a lot of other doctors I have seen.she's the best..

Doctor Story is amazing !!HOnestly she's saved my life(literally) several times ...if all doctors could be like Doctor Story the medical proffesion would be a better place ..thank you Betty Ann!!
