Like Dr. Story and agree with much of the personality traits previously mentioned; however to me she seems kind of like an over paid nurse practitioner; I'd love to experience more actual medicine and differential diagnosing and assessments of my physical complaints.

Dr Story has been our family doctor for many years. She is an amazing doctor- very kind, attentive listener and takes your health concerns seriously. We are very lucky to have her. The receptionist is pleasant enough, however, does not seem to be organized, doesn’t follow through nor does she listen carefully on the phone.

Dr Story is a real family doctor. She truly cares about her patients. She actually listens and she takes her time with you. I’m so grateful to have her as my doctor

She is a gem. I have t seen her since I moved to another city but she was the type of Dr other doctors want to be. She was a wealth of information for me and always found someway to help. Had no problems with referring me to a specialist if need be and her staff was very professional. She is simply the best.

She was the the best doctor I have ever had. I once had an asthma attack in her offfice( a really severe one) and she had her very sweet receptionist take me to the hospital then came to the hospital to check on me as soon as her other patients left. And she could always fit me in. If she didn't know about a issue I was having in depth she would research it thoroughly till she did( including asking other doctors about it). She is a total gem! I would still have her as my doctor if I hadn't moved to a different city.

Dr. Story has been my doctor for at least 10 years. I trust her completely. She makes referrals but only when she feels a specialist is a better resource. She's patient and thorough. I'm glad she's here in Brantford.

I feel Dr B Story is a great doctor. The reason for me leaving a review on other hand, is due to her miserable staff. Her nurse looks/acts miserable, like a person that is stuck and hates her job. It's a bother when trying to book an appointment or when she answers the phone. Thankfully, Dr Story is the person you're there to see. Office hours could be a little better, but she's thorough and doesn't mind referring to specialists or sending you our for test "to be sure".
