Dr. Sportiello is patient, kind, listens well and answers all my questions while telling me what she thinks without pressure. She has always given me good information and is realistic with lots of experience.
While she is great, I have not been very happy with her staff on occasion. All of them are extremely friendly but make sure you get an appointment card and hold on to it. They have entered my appointment into the computer wrong more than once which forced me to reschedule. Also her assistant, Lynette, is very sweet but can be a bit more discreet in my opinion. For example, on one occasion, she opened the door to the waiting room and said very loudly to me ,"Maybe you just have a UTI!" (which I didn't). There was only one other person in the waiting room I think she didn't see around the corner but even if there wasn't, it would have been nice if she took me aside and said it quietly.
Clean office, wait time varies but usually not long, scheduling is easy, Lynette is good about returning calls but if she can't answer a question, Dr. Sportiello is too.

I have never liked going for my annual exam but Dr. Sportiello makes me feel the most comfortable out of anyone and that says alot.When my previous ob/gyn retired he gave me Dr. Sportiello's name, knowing how skittish I am. I remember apologizing the 1st time I had an appointment because of how nervous I was. She helped calm my fears and she understood. That means everything to me. I will never go anywhere else.

Dr. Sportiello comes across as very concerned,, when you first meet her,,,then it's all about the money! I thought she was so unprofessional and I felt like she wasn't knowledgeable re: my situation: I felt like she just wanted to do surgery when it was so not needed!Every time I left her office I felt helpless and scared! My new OB is Fabulous and has helped and changed my life completely.

She is very mis informative. Unprofessional, terrible first impression. They treat their patients like guinea pigs. I hated this office. Never recommend nor well I be going back. I told her about my pregnancy pains and all she said "well i think that sounds normal" I'm not a doctor but I do know after having two children already that pregnancy does NOT hurt. Didn't do anything about it either...

A couple of years ago one of my other doctor sent me to see this one ob-gyn and I didn't care of him. So I was talking to my HR Person & she referred me to Dr Sportiello. Dr Sportiello is the same age of me. I enjoyed talking to her & I had to have outpatient surgery & my scare's are even gone already she did a wonderful job. And today when I saw her she is always so friendly & that is what I like in a doctor.

Love having a high risk doctor, she makes me feel really good about my pregnancies and that everything will be fine not matter what results come back from this, that or the other test. She always has a plan and makes you feel comfortable with decisions based on her knowledge. I dont worry because I AM IN REALLY GOOD hands. She delivered my daughter, and is going to deliver the bun we have in the oven, and any future kids, God willing. Would not switch, she knows her stuff! Could not be happier!

I went to Dr. Sportiello after having trouble conceiving. She ran some bloodwork and did an U/S and HSG test. That was good and what I was expecting. What I was not expecting was for her to tell me that I have premature ovarian failure without doing an AMH blood test to back up her diagnosis. She used this to scare my husband and I into acting faster than we were prepared to because she said that I had maybe one year before not being able to have children with the help of fertility drugs. When we met with her, she was willing to answer my questions, but did not do much to go beyond and answer the questions that I did not even know I should have. I feel like she did a very poor job of informing us. She put me on Clomid and then did not monitor me-huge red flag. When I asked to be monitored, the assistant seemed unsure why I even would want to be monitored. They reluctantly agreed to do it, but I decided to switch Drs. My new Dr. answered every question I had before I even asked them.

Dr. Sportiello is fabulous, as is her Medical Assistant- Lynette. I enjoy my appointments, and have always been greeted with a "nice to see you" as soon as I walk in the door. Dr. Sportiello is extremely kind, punctual and caring, and really takes the time to listen to everything I have to say. Lynette also encourages me to call throughout my pregnancy and answers any questions that I may have- no matter how silly they seem. I could not ask for a better team, and I am grateful that I have them to help me through my first pregnancy. They are absolutely the best!!
