When I read some of the other reviews, I was apprehensive.
Dr. M Jadi was a perfect gentleman. He was pleasant and explained my options without any pressure. I am confident to have him as my doctor.
His receptionist was very professional, busy and pleasant to those who entered the office.

The main receptionist is extremely rude and condescending. I did not have a good experience trying to book an appointment over the phone or in person at the office. She wasn't friendly at all and sneered at me. I also heard how she spoke to two different newcomer patients and was appalled. Very rude and condescending when they asked her to repeat the question as they didn't understand. She should not be working in a position dealing with the public at a medical office. Dr Jadi was nice and listened to my concerns. It's too bad this woman receptionist is the first contact for this office.

The receptionist at this clinic is disgusting. She treats seniors with zero respect. She’s ignorant and mouthy and flat out sickening. It’s sad to think of how many people have had to or continue to have to deal with this ignorant, disrespectful, sorry excuse for a woman. At a Gynaecologist office no less.

I was admitted to Guelph General with severe abdominal pain in April 2018. I found out after an ultrasound that I had a tumour the size of a grapefruit in my ovary that twisted my fallopian tube and cut off the blood supply.

Dr. Jadi was the surgeon on call and did surgery to remove my ovary and tube. He immediately recognized what he was dealing with (Granulosa Cell Tumour - a very rare ovarian cancer that few doctors would have recognized), changed from laparoscopic to an open surgery so he could remove the tumour intact, and also took washings.

Everything was sent for analysis and it was determined to be cancer. Thanks to the washings being taken, and the tumour being removed intact, it was determined the cancer hadn't spread and I was staged at 1A (which if you have cancer is the best diagnosis you could ask for). I didn't require chemo or radiation.

Thank you for your thoroughness and for being so meticulous, Dr. Jadi. I'm cancer free for five years and I owe it to you!

My experience with Dr Jadi is something I’m still trying to recover from. I was referred to him for a reason and yet he refused to listen to me or even reply when I asked questions and voiced serious concerns. I am not exaggerating.
I had a bad reaction to medication that he put me on and when I tried to tell him of the extreme symptoms that I was experiencing, he dismissed them and told me I could keep taking the medication. I wound up in the ER and when my test results were sent to him, he offered me an appointment in 2 weeks to see him rather than just pick up the file and tell me over the phone. The nurse was mortified when she told me that. I wound up back in the ER where I was helped by another doctor who agreed to take me on as a patient moving forward and she was disgusted by the care I had been receiving from Dr Jadi. As a result of his negligence, I have had two surgeries and can no longer have children. If he had shown any concern when I voiced mine, the situation would not have got to such a critical stage.
THIS MAN SHOULD NOT BE A DOCTOR.
Oh, and he also once told me that God is higher than medicine and it’s “up to God” if I get pregnant or not. Just what you want to hear from a doctor.

Should not be a doctor!!! If i could give 0 stars I would have but wasn't able to on this website.
Was referred to his office and when speaking to Dr Jadi was literally refused help. He felt my family doctor should be dealing with my situation and not him even though my family doctor had done many tests already for the last year and a specialist was needed. Dr Jadi just didnt want to deal with it! NEVER have i ever been denied service from a doctor!!

DO NOT USE - you are not missing anything , trust me! Lol,
