This doctor’s office did not notify me that they cancelled my appointment (woodbridge location). I showed up to the office and they were closed! I had to call and was told that I “should have gotten a call” to inform me they cancelled my appointment... not to mention the office moved my appointment from 5:30 to 5:15 AND i received a reminder YESTERDAY that my appt was for today AT 5:15. This is highly unprofessional! I will never reschedule with this provider again. Im not sure who dropped the ball but this this unacceptable abs terrible professionalism.
