Greeted nicely when arrived....brought into a room and waited about 5 minutes for the Doctor (pretty darned quick) and Doctor Rosenthal checked the area of concern. He explained very thoroughly, what was going on...I had another question for him, which he took his time to explain what I needed to do...I felt well taken care of, and happy that he is my dermatologist...Pa's and office staff were great...A+ visit like always...

Terrible doctor. Be prepared to wait in the waiting room for atleast 40 minutes before your appointment and another 20 minutes in the room before he will be in to even see you. He is a very condescending doctor. He is not helpful at all and always has an arrogant attitude. His entire staff is completely rude all the time. I would not recommend at all

Rosenthal has a policy that he CANCELS YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS if you cannot pay for a missed appointment! He's yet ANOTHER of the crappy and pathetic doctors I have encountered in Wilmington!
The doctors here SUCK I am so glad I am leaving Wilmington!

I would go elsewhere. I went there a few years ago, and still get upset when I think about having gone there. He has terrible bedside manor, including not leaving the room when you change your top. I have a large scar from the small area of skin removed. I feel the scar is due to the fact they let it heal for too many days before telling me when to come into remove my stitches. They even made a comment about how the skin had healed over some of the stitches. I really, really regret having gone to see him.

Dr. Rosenthal is very rude. He has terrible bedside manner and is very irritated if you ask questions. Every visit I have had with him I have waited 20-45 minutes for him to spend 3 minutes with him for treatment. My primary care physician recommended him but my experience with him has always been bad. I only continued to go because the office location is ideal for me. However I have left the office angry after my last two visit because he doesn't listen to my concerns about my condition or answer my questions. I still have to go home and do a google search. It has been very frustrating. My last visit he yelled at me because I said it didn't think the medication was working. I am an adult. I am paying you for a service; the least you can do is be polite.

Dr. Rosenthal is the Bomb! I have been to see him three times already and he and his staff have been very thorough in diagnosing my skin issues. I find him and his staff to be very friendly and caring.

I rated this as poor as possible to warn others. Excessive tissue removal during mole removal. I have hade skin cancer in the past and went to Dr. Rosenthal for removal of a suspiciour mole. the mole size was very small, smaller than many of the others I've had remove. Prior to surgery, he did a drew a circle about the size of a quarter. When he started cutting the incision ended up being three inches long with many stitches. He was abrupt and didn't explain anything. His parting words were "Make an appointment in two weeks." I will not go back there. I'm making an appointment with another doctor to look at what he's done just to get an exzplanation. Very upset, Very painful.. If I had been watching more closely maybe I could have stopped him.

The staff is very unfriendly and abrupt. I waited over 30 minutes for my first appointment and was seen for just 15 minutes. I have asked for a complete body scan (for potential skin issues) and he has refused until my first problem is taken care of. Not sure if this is due to the potential to get one more visit in. I will be changing dermatologist soon.

After waiting 20 minutes, I thought I'd get to see him for atleast over 10 minutes. Instead it was 3 minutes. The visit was very rushed, and I didn't even get a chance to ask questions pertaining to his plans for my treatment. Unfortunately, I probably won't be returning.

great doctor, very up to date on current treatments and seems very eager to help. Very kind when I was in the midst of a nervous breakdown in his office.
