Poor bedside manner. Spend less than 5 minutes with me. Came across as aloof and uncaring. He was, however, quite punctual. I arrived early and he saw me a bit early. Will not return though.

Dr. Bonder' office is very rude. I was 10 minutes late as a new patient due to traffic and trouble finding the office. They turned me away. I was in pain and bleeding. Dr. Bonder should be ashamed of himself. He clearly doesn't care about his patients. This is not how you should treat new patients. Please do not go here and tell you insurance provider to not list him. Absolutely horrible. 10 minutes late and turned away. I don't know any doctor who does that. It is not like i was 30 minutes late. Office is very rude. I had to give one star only because I had to submit this.

I wish more doctors would adopt Dr. Bonder's policies. I have been going to him for 8 years and the office polices were made clear on first appointment. Dr. Bonder is always on time for the appointment and he expects the same for his patients. I frankly love a doctor that values my time, as well as his own. This is why his waiting room is not filled with patients....they've already come and gone! And now it is your time. He does what is the most simple for his office and that keeps costs down. The kind of people who will not like Dr. Bonder, are the kind of people who can never show up on time. I've found the staff very pleasant. Besides, they are not their to be "my friend", they are working.

I was shocked that I was not allowed to follow my wife of 43 years into the office. And then I was completely amazed when a patient came in 10 minutes late and was turned away. The waiting room was empty and my wife's 85 dollar appointment took 5 minutes.

The old lady at the front desk needs to retire. She is so bitter and rude towards patients and her co workers. Dr. Bonder is an excellent doctor but if he wants to have patients that continue to come back to him, he needs to let this lady go. So unprofessional. Nasty. I will not come back because of her and will tell others about this office.

I've been a patient of Doc Bonder's for over 20 years. I'm not quite sure what all of these other people are complaining about, but I definitely see a pattern in their complaints. If you can read company policy, are rational/sensible and understand that the world does not revolve around YOU alone, and that rules are not made to be broken when it comes to a professional, his time and his staff and their clearly established procedures, then Doc Bonder is your guy. The same people complaining about not being accepted for being 10-15 minutes late to an appointment, are probably the same individuals who would gripe that they had to wait an hour to be seen by Doc Bonder because he was running so behind due to accepting late arrivals from others earlier in the day. See the irony? If he did not hold to his late policy, his 4 o'clock appointment would be getting seen at 6 o'clock. As for his office staff, in 20 years I have never received anything but quality treatment from them. They are extremely professional. I have never had a problem with them double booking an appointment on top of mine and have never had a problem with billing. In other words, they are efficiently professional and get the job done right. One has to wonder if the offended patients would feel better about being turned away for their tardiness if the office staff were openly weeping while doing so? Probably not. So the staff acts professionally and tells the people that they have missed their scheduled appointment time and can now re-schedule for another time at their convenience. Doc Bonder values your time also. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes to see him. Great bedside manner. An avid angler and baseball fan to boot. In addition, I'm not sure how anyone could rate him a "1" for Punctuality? He's always there?!?! It's his practice! Was there ever a time someone showed up and he wasn't there for the appointment? Maybe that has occurred, but not none of the complaints ever said that they showed up and he was late, and yet some rated him a "1" for that section.

If I had read the reviews before making an appointment I would not have wasted my time as my experience mirrored many others. The staff is shockingly rude. In a profession that hinges on customer service and the well being of patients, their behavior was a sad standout. The Dr.'s care might very well be good, but we will never know.

I ve been going to dr bonder for decades on a ' as needed basis '. He has always treated my family and myself very professionally and right on the mark. But why his front desk continues to be so rude is beyond me.

I wished that I had read Mr. Bonder's reviews before making an appointment. When making my appointment the receptionist rudely informed me that the doctor only took cash copayments. I asked her why, and she said "that's just what it is - no checks and no credit cards". That, in addition to them having an opening within two days of my call should had been a HUGE red flag because I called three dermatologists prior to calling Dr. Bonder and they did not have any openings until August.
On the day of my appointment, my GPS directions were not accurate which made me 10 minutes late for my appt. so the receptionist said that the doctor would not see me-- there were no other patients in the waiting area, so I couldn't understand the logic behind the behavior. It was really strange!! So I asked her if I could reschedule and she rudely said NO. I plan to put in a grievance report with my insurance carrier. Hopefully, he'll be removed from their preferred provider directory.
