I went to Dr. Krell to check a mole that my primary care doctor did not like and to treat a rash I had been told was contact dermatitis by other doctors. The mole was fine but he found a melanoma others has missed, removed it, followed up and I have had no other issues in that area for 7 years. He also said the "rash" was psoriasis. When it did not clear he got me into a drug study. When that failed he worked aggressively to help. It is now clearing and I am much better. I can now sleep at night without waking up itching and I can wear shorts, etc. without being stared at. Previous to him I was given creams and other treatments for dermatitis and exema. So both times Dr. Krell went beyond the norm and really solved my problem. More importantly three other doctors did think dark spot on my arm was a concern and one told me it was a birthmark even though I had only had it a year. Dr. Krell did the biopsy, his office called me the next day for immediate removal of the melanoma.

I went for a yearly body scan to have my moles checked. I felt like he scanned me pretty quickly, but I was impressed with his ability to diagnose another problem that 4 other doctors had failed to do so over a period of 7 years. He also provided prescription samples and also was willing to treat a problem that was unrelated to my skin. I was very pleased with my overall experience.

After wasting time and money for over ten years with other doctors, Dr Krell put my psoriasis in remission in under three months. It was a good experience.

I had a bad sore on the top of my foot from an ant bite that kept getting worse. I went to see dr.krell and had to insist he take a swab to test for staff infection because I was told "it didn't look like staff". I had MRSA(staff infection) and was notified by mail. I called the office several times over a period of 2 weeks trying to get the results of the test and finally recieved a letter telling me I had staff. I had to call the office and request to be put on antbiotics. In another totally seperate visit a few months later, I had a bite(spider) that was 1/4" deep and he accused me of putting the hole there myself with my fingernails. He basically called me a liar trying to impress a blonde intern
