The receptionists are very rude. The doctor is always late. Patients complain and have other appointments to get to. Not organized and no time management.

I have seen Dr. Dickson multiple times with different family members. I’ve never had an issue with him; however his reception is and always has been rude and disregarding. It’s hard enough having unknown or even known health issues, but to be treated less than human is beyond disgusting. I will be going elsewhere going forward, strictly because of his staff.

Dr Dickson was a life saver as I had a kidney stone and ended up in the emergency with a fever and extreme pain he instantly booked me in for surgery same day and was extremely nice and helpful his team of nurses where so sweet I’m very thankful for him.

So they move your apt up one day. Tell you it could be anytime between 9 and noon and bcs you have a job and that day are working 12 feet underground you get no signal and he doesn't even bother to leave a VM. You call back and basically told tough luck and they give you another apt for October! Absolutely useless!!!!

Dr. Dickson helped me greatly when I had a kidney stone so big it was blocking my urinary tract. He was very quick to book my surgical appointment and he was very empathetic and his care was amazing. I was also impressed with his follow up care to ensure I didn’t have any other stones return. Highly recommend seeing him.

This doctor was insensitive in telling my dad he had cancer. I do not recommend you see him there are other options.

This doctor has no business having a license. Unprofessional, rough, and degrading. I have never left somewhere feeling like he made me feel; defeated, hurting physically and emotionally.

Dr. Dickson's been my urologist a decade, l have only praise with no complaints. 1st time l saw him he was saving my life from a UTI. blood pressure was 60 over 20. For you haters with fictitious negative reviews just a word of warning doctors can actually sue you for libel and slander and winning their cases.
