Staff was terrible. Due to my child existing medical condition, we were told by Dr. Ross to watch out for some indicators to his vision and connect with him promptly. My child appeared to be developing vision problems and we were quite concerned. The last checkup was almost a year ago and he was due for one anyways. We were also surprised we hadn't given a date or a phone call for his follow up appointment. I called in for an urgent appointment. We were told Dr. Ross is fully booked until next February. We were advised to see optometrist. I was quite appalled and shock. There was a good reason why my child was referred to ophthalmologists and not optometrist.

Dr Kennedy is amazing. Eye dr in Chilliwack over corrected my eye alignment and gave me double vision. He could not undo the damage. Dr Kennedy fixed it and i can't thank him enough. He is the most amazing dr and knows his stuff... Highly recommend him.

Amazing Dr. I was initially working the another Dr but switched to because I didn’t feel confident in her. Dr Kennedy was so amazing and took really good care of me. I highly recommend him. Best decision I made was switching to him.

My appointment time was changed and I was asked to come 15 mins earlier— which is fine but once I got there, I ended up waiting almost an hour before I see anyone. I finally see the technician and then I have to wait another 25 mins to see Dr. Kennedy. He, himself is a knowledgeable and polite individual which I appreciated after having to wait so long to see him

Kind, knowledgeable and provided appropriate explanations. Staff were very pleasant and efficient. The waiting room was full so I expected a wait. However, it was not as long as it might have been and no worse than any other doctor I have visited in my lifetime.

Dr. Kennedy is the greatest. I've been taken my daughter to see him since she was 4 years, for the last 13 years Dr. Kennedy has been great with her, he always explains the examination to me and to my daughter, he is gentle and always polite. I am happy with his services and my daughter has been happy to see him. However, his staff is sometimes rude and they look unhappy, so my excellent rating only applies to Dr. Kennedy. Thank you Dr. Kennedy for helping my daughter a great deal over the last 13 years :-)

Dr Kennedy himself is an excellent doctor. Has helped my child quite a bit and is very kind and knowledgeable! We are very happy
With him. His staff is another story. They never answer the phone! I have tried calling for three days now to confirm our appointment. We even dropped by during “office hours” to discover the clinic was closed and they were on lunch. Lunch hour is clearly stated as from 12-1. Well it was 1:30 and the office was still closed. We waited for 20 minutes and no such luck. Very disappointed indeed! Hopefully I can talk to someone in the next week!

Dr. Kennedy is THe Best. I was told it was probably too late to correct my vision. I could no longer drive. On my first visit I Red a letter on Dr Kennedy’s wall. It was from the dean of Nagell University where the doctor had attended. The letter was congratulating Dr Ross A Kennedy on getting the top marks on his exam in all of North America. How can you top that?

He is very attentive, kind and gentle. I have had my surgery and my vision was corrected. I am back to driving and enjoying life again. How can I ever thank Dr Kennedy enough ?..
