Dr. Rashkin has treated me on several occasions. He has also explained exactly what he wants to do and so far he has give me a level of treatment several other doctors have not been able to achieve. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. He’s friendly and patient as well as professional. His office staff is very helpful and I never hesitate to ask them for information.

Dr. Rashkin was to perform a typical left knee replacement. Unfortunately , I surely picked the wrong doctor. I instantly received a huge staff bacterial infection, had to endure 6 surgeries to cure the infection & find a new doctor because Dr. Rashkin abandoned me when the going got tough. Absolutely one of the worst people to trust. He should have his license to practice yanked!

I value my back and my body and this doctor works wonders. I had a spinal fusion and couldn't be happier. He doesn't bs and gives all options with the pros and cons upfront. He's a normal guy (loved talking baseball with him)who makes you feel comfortable and at ease. He does take xtra time to answer questions so I don't mind the long wait. His staff is always plesant and helpful and I can't recommend him enough. I've sent many friends and family to him and all have been happy patients since. Just a hint if you want to avoid a long wait request a morning appointment once I figured this out my wait time was cut in half.

This man is the best orthopedist in the Ventura County Area. His staff was cordial to me and he pinpointed right away what was wrong with me. The other people who rated him are wrong. I would recommend him to anybody. He may run late alot, but it is well worth it to have such a competent physician.

Dr. convinced me to have an epidural Steroid injection for low back pain. He did not warn me of any risks and then completely botched the injection by going into the Arahcnoid space (beyond the pidural space) cause scarring around my spinal nerves and inflammation of the Arachnoid space. The medicine in these injection sis very toxic if injected in to the epidural space. I could have been paralized for life or this could have resulted in extreme pain in my lower extremeites. A qualified doctor should never have let this occured. After realizing something was not right after the injection I contaced a neurologist who explained what had happened. I then went back to Dr. Rashkin's office office where he basically confirmed what happened and blew me off to get me out of his office. I later learned I might have had a case fo a lawsuit. In conclusion, please do not ever go to this doctor if you value your back and your body!!!
