I have been seeing Dr Odom since 2016. Very concern for his patients, shows professionalism. Dr Odom listens to my health issues and trys his best to help me. His staff is friendly and helpful.

If you want to go to an office where the staff basically ignores your complaints or accuse you of drug abuse this is the place for you.

Walk in & seems decent. Then start filling out papers and there are so many grammatical errors- I should have walked out right there. Go to the restroom & it’s disgusting. There was even what looked like dried urine drips on the light switch. Fast forward- nurse seemed nice taking vitals even though it felt like it was gonna snap my arm off. (This was a first). They need to update their machinery I guess.
Get into patient room, Dr enters.. I immediately feel unwelcome there. He spent half the visit asking me the same exact questions I had filled out in the front and putting them into the computer himself. Then I was rushed through & not listened to.
I did not even finish telling him the things that were wrong with me & he says he will order testing & proceeds to leave room. Which I understand that he has other patients to see, but why on Earth did he sit there and input all this info into computer that is usually handled by the receptionists at any other office I’ve been to my ENTIRE LIFE. There were 3 or 4 in the front office btw.
I had to call twice for results because no one called me back. Spoke with nurse on a Friday & was tons Bloodwork came back with numbers off but they were waiting on one more test and she’d call me back. Did not hear back. Called them myself Monday after 4pm. I was literally told that they didn’t know what cause it and “sometimes our bodies just regulate themselves.” I asked if there was further testing to figure it out because of how horrible I had been feeling. I was told to get with the Dr. on a follow up apt (1 month after the first visit). I have never felt so I welcomed and brushed off from start to finish. It was as if the Dr. had better things to do. I do not smoke, drink, I take fairly good care of myself & was treated like I was either making things up or doing it to myself. Obviously bloodwork with numbers off would tell u there really is something wrong. So here I am with time wasted and still no answers. They simply do not act like they care. Would NEVER recommend to even my worst enemy.

Office staff was rude both in person and on the phone. Doctor was unprofessional. It was hard to get a referral for a specialist or even a refill for a prescription. This doctor was a waste of my time and money. McDonalds has better service and friendlier staff.

Dr Odom is a very good doctor. He listen to his patients. His office staff are nice and helpful. I was seen at my appointment time and all my concerns were addressed. I would highly recommend my doctor

I have to travel the state for my job. With family in new Iberia, I have seen dr. ODUM and only have high praise. the staff and doc is very qualified and helpful. doc listened to all my concerns and addressed them with experience. I recommend dr. odom 100%.
