I have been taking my son to see Dr. Macko for several years now. He is a great dentist, and came highly recommended by my pediatrician. I have not had any problems or difficulty with him or the office. I think him and his staff are simply wonderful, and do not get the proper credit they deserve. :)

I am very surprised at the comment below . Dr.Macko did my sons oral surgery at Bradley Mem. Hosp. and I cannot say enough nice things about him. We had to wait for a little bit in the waiting room because they squeezed us in without an appt. Once we were called it was in and out and he scheduled my son's surgery for the next morning. Our pedi. was giving such a hard time about getting us in to do the pre-op physical and one of Dr. Mackos nurses called their office for me personally and we were able to get in right after leaving Dr. M's office. I would recommend this practice to all my friends.

I would not recommend any mother to visit this dr. he threw my daughter and I out of his practice because I didn't have her father's SSN#. he refused all options to pay, fax or call with the SSN#. I waited for two hours before I was told she will not be seen. DR MACKO himself threw me out and said he will not see my child unless I have her dad's SSN#. I told him I changed my phone and I lost his number but I will get him the info the next day. He told me to leave or he will call the police. I will not recommend anyone to go to his practice and risk being treated like that. I'm a practice manager myself and I told this to DR MACKO and I would not treat anyone the way how I was treated. I didn't get a reminder call, I had to call to confirm the appt and still they couldn't find my daughter's appt. HOW COMPETENT is his staff.My experience was AWFUL. I left the office crying. He told me to leave in front of everyone in the waiting room.

Dr Macko is a wonderful Pediatric Dentist. I was VERY concerned about my daughters need for oral surgery. Dr. Macko is booked solid until April and when I called his office because my daughter was developing an abcess.Now even though he was booked and we were new patients he told us to come in at 8 am the very next day. He was awesome. I was terrified of the thought of her surgery and the whole being knocked thing, Dr. Macko scheduled her surgery for the next day. He thought that with my anxiety it would be better for me to do her surgery before I stressed anymore about it. The next morning I was a wreck and Dr. Macko was the greatest guy and helped me through . I would reccomend him to everyone. My daughters surgery went very smoothly and now my daughter has a perfect smile.
