My disgust for Dr. Krisza and her practice continues to grow. She has me coming every 4 months for blood pressure checks. A few months ago I asked her to please give me paper scripts for the 4 meds that she prescribes as I have a terrible time getting refills. She said that it is working fine with my pharmacy contacting her, but IT ISN'T!!! I called yesterday morning for a refill and my pharmacy immediately contacted her office to authorize it. It is now late afternoon and I'm screwed as my meds will run out tomorrow. Her office is so poorly managed that they claimed to have never rec'd the refill request. This is not true. I cannot function without this med and she knows it. They take my phone number and never get back to me. They need a new office manager and an actual system that works. I'm at my wits end with this entire mess. There is no doctor/patient relationship in my opinion. I nicely asked her for scripts to expedite the process and she refused. Enough said.

I have great respect for Dr. Krisza, but do feel that the practice is too big for them to handle. My annual physical today felt like an assembly line operation. All of the basics were handled with little human elements. Mentioned a problem which I was having and she didn't take the time to even look at it. I always have to find my own specialist and basically diagnose myself to get any help. It would have saved me the time and aggravation if she had just looked at my condition and possibly prescribed an antibiotic to clear it up. As my primary care doctor I expect her to be my first point of contact for any health issue and refer me to another doctor if it is beyond her scope of knowledge. Don't expect this helpful type of practice. It is assembly line medicine.

This is a rude doctor. I went to her years ago and she prescribed an antibiotic which did not work. When I called back, she was rude and not helpful. I found another doctor and never went back. She is in a practice with a doctor who treats a family member now and after a recent dealing with her I see that this has only worsened. The other doctors in this practice may well be wonderful, but this one needs to go to sensitivity training, regardless of her medical knowledge (on which I cannot even comment, never having benefited from her in any way).

I have been seeing Dr. Krisza for the past 7 years. She is kind, knowledgeable, passionate, with excellent follow-up. I have MS and she has worked with me to manage my symtoms. Both my mother (84yrs) and my brother go to her and we really like her a lot. She is the kind of doctor that will give you a call after blood work is done as soon as she gets results. I have recommended her to my friends and have heard nothing but great reviews. I can't imagine anyone saying negative things about her unless they are negative individuals to begin with. Too bad and great - leaves room for others to enjoy her professional. FYI - any doctor referred or not referred had nothing but great things to say about Dr. Krisza.

I really like Dr. K. I have been her patient 5-7 years now. I accessed this website to get her phone number and was shocked to see negative comments. Dr. K. has been very mannerly, serious, soft-spoken and kind in all of her dealings with me, so to hear that other patients categorize her as rude seems completely out of character for her. She has also been helpful, and when I have had to go to the clinic, my experience with the members of her group has also been positive. I just had to write a rebuttal to the comments made by previous patients. Perhaps they have an axe to grind. Weird!

I have been seeing Dr. Krisza for over 5 years now and am getting more disgusted with her attitude as time passes. I was suffering from knee pain for several weeks and was able to get a fast appt. to see her. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. She didn't even look at my knee and acted as if I was a bother. I expected some kind of referral or something. I asked if I should maybe see a rheumatologist and she said " I guess so, do you know any?" I was aghast as I could have just bypassed her by going directly to a specialist, but then why do I have a primary care physician? She seemed annoyed that I bothered her, but was glad enough to take my co-pay. She also knows nothing about prescribing Xanax. I've been on it for 5 years since my Dad died and when my Mom died in June I called her to see if I could take an extra .5 mg to get me through the days of viewing and funeral. She also seemed totally unknowledgable and uncaring. Why I called her I have no idea.

Krisza is the most rude and nasty doctor that I have ever met. She was abrupt, dismissive and insulting. If I had the energy, I would file a formal complaint with the state medical board. If she is representative of the future medical care in this country - we are in deep trouble.

I've been seeing Dr. Krisza for about 6 years and I've always found her to be professional, knowledgeable, and truly concerned with my health. She asks good questions and is very interested in my responses - - she's just not going through the motions. I've also never waited long in the waiting room for my appointments so the office is not over-booking patients.

Dr. Kriza is a doctor that I would not recommend at all. She is very rude, condescending and just plain nasty. I cant understand why she is even in the practice if you cannot have empathy for people.
