Dr. Palaic is knowledgeable, however, having a secretary that returns a phone after a month and a half after you have left a message for an appointment makes Dr. Palaic look very bad. Secretaries reflect the doctor. She is rude and inefficient and replacing her would be a good idea. She is the worst secretary I have ever had to speak to. Shame as Dr. Palaic deserves better.

His secretary is very rude and disrespectful. It does not make the Doctor look good. The doctor is ok but I will seriously think of going elsewhere as no one needs to feel uncomfortable when calling a doctor's office and being treated rudely.

I have only seen Dr. Palaic once and was very, very impressed with him. He took the time to listen to my queries, to explain what he was doing and what he felt was happening in my situation. He followed up by giving me a stress test a few weeks later and explained the results of my stress test on the spot. A compassionate, caring, likeable doctor who treated me with respect. We need more like him.

I have been fortunate to have this doctor since 2001 when i had my first episode of Atrial fibrillation and ended up in emergency,Since then he has followed me regularly and given the best of care.Although he is extremely busy you are never kept waiting very long to see him.he answers all my questions (prepared in advance to save time)

I have never had a problem with the receptionist. She has always be very helpful and always returned my e-mails promptly. I have never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen by Dr. Palaic, which is excellent. I find that Dr. Palaic is doing everything he can to figure out exactly whats going on with my problem. He never rushes me, he actually LISTENS, and offers several different suggestions. He even asks for copies of tests from other tests being done for other problems I have. I find him an excellent Doctor, and would recommend him in a heart beat.
