A narcissistic doctor who thinks way too much of himself.

This doctor is a bit of a prima donna. Hi secretary is rude, and remote. He is knowledgeable but his very large ego gets in the way of a positive patient experience, and he hates patient questions.

Dr Palaic is direct and yet friendly. He doesn't waste time with a lot of small talk and tells you like it is. That is what I need and look for in a doctor.

Rude & abrupt! Does not explain anything, just hands over a prescription & when you ask a question he gets annoyed. Receptionist though is polite. Second visit but will never go back.

Secretary rude and not very helpful. Called another clinic and was treated so much better, so i will be going elsewhere where the whole atmosphere is respected,

I never been yet to Dr Palaic's office. I was referred to him by my doctor to whom I told him that I did not want to go to Dr Kashra anymore because I thought he was incompetent, arrogant and too distant and lacking too much communication skills. Obviously, I never met his secretary in person either. But, she called me twice about my first appointment and I called her back to get further infos and to inquire about certain details. I asked her if she was Dr Palaic's only secretary and indeed this is the case, at least for many past years. I had a great time talking with the lady. We exchanged on various topics and my initial impression, which was that she was a nice person, was reinforced. I really don't see why some comments on her are so negative. I totally disagree with those who say Dr Palaic's secretary is rude and ''bad choice''. I will meet both, her and Dr Palaic in a few days and I trust that my first impression, what my sixth sense tells me, will be confirmed. Good or bad, I will comment on my visit to Dr Palaic in a next comment.

I have been seen by Dr Palaic many times over the past eight years and have always been impressed by him. He is very knowledgeable and personable. He takes time to make you feel comfortable and I have always valued his professional advice.

Doctor straight to point and helpful. Agree with other comments about Secretary, extremely rude with no patience. It's true that the first impression you get when you arrive at the doctor's office should be to be made felt comfortable and at ease. This is not the case when you arrive here. I agree bad choice of secretary.

Very good doctor. Straight forward , knowledgeable. Secretary always been helpful and friendly. I disagree with other comments. Always on time. I would recommend him to anyone. Very busy doctor but I have seen longer waiting time to see a specialist.
