Keeps patients in the dark about their condition. Ignores their questions and phone calls. Secretary never answers calls either or communicates with the doctor regarding patient's concerns. Doctor appears to believe he is too important to deal with the patient, actually leading them to believe that something is being held back from them. Some lab reports have actually disappeared.
