If this is the same doctor that used to be in Fairview, Alta. in the 90's, I hope he has improved. I've never encountered such a horrible and verbally abusive doctor. So much so, that 20 years later, it still bothers me. You arrive at the ER in distress only to be bullied and berated and demeaned. A terrible experience. If this is a different doctor, ignore this. If it is? Beware.

Dr. Du Preez is amazing. I found him knowledgeable, calm, and trustworthy. I have only seen him once, when I was rushed to the ER room by ambulance. I didn't have a ride home, and I hadn't the money to afford a cab. After I was discharged, he sought me out and gave me a ride home, without my even requesting! What a great man.

I saw this Dr. for the first time yesterday in the hospital emergency dept. He listened carefully and was very thorough in his examination and assessment. He has an aura of trust and knowledge.

The best doctor I ever had. Very helpful, very knowledgable, always listens without trying to push you out the door like some. Saved me from a lot of pain and suffering, both physical and mental. It is really to bad he moved from the Nanaimo area, we miss him as well as his expertise. Wherever he goes I know he will bennifit a lot of people.

He always takes the time to listen (something rare to find these days with doctors. Doesn't hesitate to refer to a specialist if needed. Best doctor my family has ever had!!!

Dr. Du Preez is the best Dr. I have ever had, and now that I have moved to the U.S. it will be hard to find another with the same caring, thorough compassionate characteristics as he has. he also has a great sense of humor and puts one at ease . Thank-you Dr. Dupreez for the few years you were my Dr.

I think Dr. DuPreez is probably the best doctor I have ever had. His bed side manners are impeccable, the kids were very comfortable with him and my husband really liked him too. I wish I didn't move away because I would have been honored to have him as my doctor for as long as he is in practice.

I have never had a better Doctor than Dr. Du Preez. He has been more help to me than any other. He has great bedside manners and my husband and sons also feel comfortable with him.
