Wrong diagnosis. Clearly confirmed by a more experienced pier physician. I would not recommend him to anyone! Also, he thinks he is above everyone else. That is the furthest from the truth. Quick to judge and quick to make a major diagnostic error!

Dr. Dickoff is probably a knowledgable man in regards to his specialty. At the same time, I found him to be a bit course and mildly rude. There is an approximately 3 to 4 week waiting period to be seen. Additionally, there is a very long wait once you get to your schedule appt. At my last scheduled visit, I waited 2 hours and had 2 other patients ahead of me before I finally just left. The combination of poor bedside manner and disregard for my time is enough for me to seek service elsewhere.

He misdiagnosed me and told me I had depression when I came in for migraines that lasted for 3 months. I found another neurologist who figured out the problem.

One of the few physicians I have worked with who actually cares about his patients. Also, one of the most brilliant men I know.

I agree w/other reviews; arrogant, sarcastic, assumptive...basically disrespectful. Came in for all over body pain. Said was fibromyalgia and that I should stop wasting my time trying to find out something else. I had a hunch and he walked out of the room while I was talking to him! However, I managed to talk to him in the waiting room. I said that I had an issue of 'Science' magazine that asserted endometriosis can cause widespread body pain. In front of everyone he said "It couldn't possibly be a problem with your "lady parts". Lady parts! It is a medical disorder. Just because it is a female reproductive one doesn't mean it is deserves to be dismissed. Since then I have been diagnosed with suspected endo and treated w/progesterone. My body pain disappeared. When I stopped using it, it came back. So not only did he behave badly, but he was WRONG. It is so great to know I am not the only one who had a negative experience. (BTW: have also been diagnosed w/hypothyroid since then).

seems a bit full of himself. also, instead of a dialogue, it's more one way. jumps to conclusions and is quick to assume a diagnosis and not open to other suggestions. had to wait two hours after my scheduled appointment.

Doctor is not helpfull, does not look at MRI films after it stayed at his office for 3 weeks, makes decisions based on your complains, very sarcastic. Does not give your test results right away. Send you home for a survey and asks you to come back after two months and prescribes medication for what you do not have.
