Very rushed and short with his answers. Gets easily offended when you even ask him a question. Very egotistical, and didn't listen to my concerns.

I’ve seen Dr. Goodman for about 6 years. He’s a wonderful Doctor, wait times can be long but 100% worth it. I would recommend!

Every time I saw Dr. Goodman (filling in for my family doc multiple times) his behaviour became increasingly in appropriate. He’d touch my thighs, tuck the hair behind my ears (constant unwanted touching - I was in my late 20’s.) He’d dismiss my medical reason for the appointment and used foul language, told me "You’re the most beautiful girl in the world". He’d hug me unwanted- take personal calls without apologizing, always running late and when I told my doctor what he had done - tucking the hair behind my ears - unwanted touching - she defended him and literally said "He has two daughters, he’s a good person". Later I found out she was obligated by law to report him to the College of physicians immediately, instead she dismissed my claims. He should not be allowed to see female patients alone. He has no concept of professionalism- and I’m sure he doesn’t touch his Male patients anyway he wants. He is a predator.

I saw Dr. Goodman many years ago with my daughter. It was a most disturbing visit and something I still think about to this day. He began our appointment by taking a personal call he received on his cell phone - something I found odd given the serious nature of our visit and have never experienced with any other physician. Most professional & responsible doctors would turn their cell phones off while on duty. But what was disturbing was his demeanor during our appointment. He was extremely hostile and his anger seemed to be directed to me even though it was our one and only encounter with him. There simply was no justification for his behaviour. It was very strange and unsettling and needless to say we have never been back to see him and never will.

Dr Goodman has been my Physician for more than 25 years now. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor. He’s not a pill pusher, he listens, he makes suggestions, and helps guide you in the direction of healing that will suit you as an individual.

His one staff was so rushy and pushy had so much attitude. When i told her we weren’t available on that certain date she flipped out like a little kid. She’s not professional at all. Even on the phone sometimes she’s a bit much. The Doctor himself is racist. Covid test came back negative twice and still didn’t believe us cause what? We’re chinese? HAHA. He’s so unprofessional and rushy. Doesn’t like to be cut off but cuts me off with no respect that i’m speaking in a different language honestly if it wasn’t for the family doctor i would have switched to a different doctor so fast. Unprofessional and so rushy.

After being his patient for 15 years, he still doesn't know my name. Wait times are completely ridiculous and when you do finally get to see him he never remembers you and seems distracted by other things, particularly his other business pursuits. Ultimately I had to leave his practice and go elsewhere.

Dr Goodman is constantly late seeing me with a scheduled appointment. I only have the need for up to 5 appointments per year and each time it's an average 1.5 hour - 1.45 hour behind schedule. His time management is veey poor and obviously he has no regard for my time wasted sitting in the waiting area. It's time to move on to a new more punctual Dr.
