following bladder botox suffered severe pain throughout pelvis & legs ,bleeding (rectal ?) & extreme increase & total loss of urinary control for 6 weeks. Was not given any follow up, & finally went to Met emergency for help

Dr. Al-Farra is a gentle, kind man who is very knowledgeable in his specialty. I have seen him for bladder botox injections for urinary incontinence and he made me feel that I was in excellent hands. He took time to explain everything he was doing and answered all my questions.
His receptionist was very helpful and pleasant.

Reading some of these reviews are very untrue. Dr. Alfarra is a wonderful doctor who has helped me tremendously in the past. His staff is very kind and friendly. The people who have nothing good to say are just miserable. I always leave his office smiling or laughing.

I am sure Dr. Alfarra is great at what he does, but dealing with his office is an absolutely nightmare. WORST receptionist I have ever had the misfortune of even overhearing. My partner is a patient of this doctor, he called today about being out of his medication, and she immediately cut him off and wouldn’t let him get a word in. INCREDIBLY rude. This woman should be fired immediately. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life.

I had a radical prostatectomy by Dr. Al- Farra about 25 years ago. Still cancer free and going strong. An excellent diagnostician and surgeon! Thank you for my life.

Staff is rude and maybe should take advice from posted signs .. wait time is awful and not impressed with care

Secretary is very unfriendly. Even the signage at the front desk is uninviting. The staff wants clients to be courteous but they are rude and very short. Scheduling is horrible. Wait was over an hour. I don't think they know how to schedule according to time a visit will take. If there was someone else to see, I sure would. One should not wait over an hour to see a doctor. Our time us just as valuable as theirs.

I had a hospital appointment for a test but had to cancel due to my wife going into ICU then she passed away. The receptionist on the phone told me that since I didn't give 2 weeks notice I would be charged for cancellation.

The staff called me and told me that my appointment was going to be in the office, I was very happy . Waited a little longer in the wait room, but it was definitely worth it to be back in the office.Things are starting to look up. Thank you Dr. Alfarra & Staff.
