Honestly, it’s been hard to find a compassionate and knowledge doctor. My aunty referred me to Dr. Valada and I cannot stop thanking her! Dr. Valada does not rush in meetings, she very compassionate, knowledgeable and she gives great referrals. If you inform Dr. Valada about any symptoms you maybe experiences, she takes the time to fully understand and work together to find a treatment that you feel comfortable with exploring. I thank Dr. Valada and her team because they are always kind and respectful.

Simple. Dr. Valada is incompetent. She was very charming when I first met her, but unfortunately that was a facade. She yelled at me over the phone to get psychiatric help, when in fact I was dying.

Wait time can be long. Office staff, particularly one woman named Precious, was extremely unhelpful and rude when I had an insurance billing dispute.

She is the best doctor. She is on time and she is amazing.

Doctor made me wait for total 45 minutes, and all she did was take a blood test and refer me to two other doctors, which took all of 5 minutes. Plus, one staff member was cold. The only person who actually did anything productive was the receptionist.
