Dr Sprowl delivered me and was my doctor until his retirement in 2010? 2011?
He was always so caring, but notoriously late as he took time with each and every one of his patients. I knew enough to call ahead of time and ask how late I should come, or how far behind he was so I didn't waste time waiting in his waiting room.
the only complaint I have is I received no notification of his retirement, and it was during a time when I was receiving chemotherapy and having a good GP was critical. My Medical records were sent off to some company who wanted over 800$ to send me copies. Wish he would have contacted his patients and allowed us to pick up our records in person. Being ill, I was never able to afford to get them and now they are even more money as I have to pay a "recovery" fee.

Dr. Sprowl looked after my family for as long as the kids and he were around. I can't say enough about how well he treated us. Yes, he was late sometimes but we know it was because he cared so much about ALL his patients.
If I could have two wishes, it would be that he could be cloned and was also a Veterinarian. Maybe its not too late???

Very personable, knowledgable, and compassionate. Takes the time to really talk with you and understand your issue(s). He has a killer sense of humour that makes you feel at ease when things are tough. One of a kind doctor that cannot be replaced.

I have had Dr Sprowl for over 30 years now and think he's the greatest. I don't even want to think about him retiring, although I know it's going to come. He's almost never on time, but that is because he cares and takes a personal interest in the people he looks after and spends more then the aloted time.

You can guarantee most of your appointments with Dr. Sprowl are never on time because he makes the time for his patient which makes him run late for the patients in line, but I believe it's more the patients that make him run late. He will even show good sense of humor in the very late day. I feel ill knowing the day will come when he too will retire. One of the best doctors ever.

I have had this doctor for the past 21 years and I will be definately lost once he retires. I know I will be hard pressed to find someone half as good and understanding as him.

Even when he is running late he makes time for you and answers all questions and concerns. His character, patience and concern makes him a truly unique doctor...old fashion country doctor who is available any time, he gives suggestions to follow and gives valuable information for you to follow or not..that choice is yours unless it is a matter of great concern he insists and follows thru. His one downfall is he is so far behind in paperwork because of his patient overload but I would not trade him for any other doctor. It will surely be a sad day when he retires but I truly can say that he will never just go away. He has a great help with Dr. Eddy taking some of his patients into his professional care. Thank you to both great doctors, your both one in a millions.

Kind man, empathetic, caring, always willing to listen and go the extra mile for his patients. One of a few, "good Ol' boys" that are left.
