although he's to the point he is an incredible doctor, didn't sugar coat anything, gave me a very realistic idea of what recover from me dual septo/rhinoplasty would be. may seem cold at first but definitely cares about his patients and does incredible work. highly recommend, and wouldn't go to anyone else

Referred by my family Dr. If you're looking for a new friend, don't bother going. He's curt, but knowledgeable and I got results/follow up. He's not one to answer questions though. He's probably consistently on time with his appointments.

I was referred by my family doctor in Port Hawkesbury. He was fabulous and has magical hands in fixing my deviated septum. Dr. Clifton was thorough, explained my surgery in detail and very prompt and precise. His office employees were so upbeat with amazing personalities. I highly recommend him as an ENT. I highly recommend him.

I am from New Glasgow . My appointment with Dr. Clifton was yesterday. I was referred to him by my family doctor, regarding the hearing loss I have in both ears. He was nothing short of amazing! .. He took the time to explain things to me and helped me to understand the reasons behind my hearing loss. He also gave me insight into the differences within each ear.. After six years of confusion, I finally got my diagnosis. His examination of my ears was thorough, yet completely painless . He was reassuring about my particular situation and gave me a positive outlook towards the future in regards to my ability to retain some level of hearing. … After our consultation, he told me to be sure to come back if anything suddenly changed and I gave him a chronological account of my hearing loss , which I had typed for him. He was pleased and said he would put it in my file. We ended on a handshake. I could not have been more validated. I would recommend his services to anyone … Who could possibly ask for more?? He is an excellent ENT ..' Plus his staff were professional and very helpful to me.

Went to see Dr Clifton for an ear examination. Very rude uncaring and would never go back to see him. All he wanted to do was stick something up your nose and said after the hearing test we will have to do it again. I told him what he could do with it.

My father would have lost his life within 6 months had we listened do this Doctor . He was arrogant and impatient .

In my instance Dr. Clifton was a thorough, dedicated specialist who clearly explained the steps of the procedure and arranged for punctual followup at a hospital nearer my residence

. His time is not spent in idle conversation which enables him to keep on schedule. He is respected by his staff who are very articulate, friendly, organized and compassionate.

was not impressed with this Dr at all. I've not spent more than 7 minutes at any visit and he says nothing to you. You ask a question....crickets. The day I go back to discuss a micro-laryngoscopy I was in his office all of 4:22 seconds before handing me paperwork to fill out and pass to the receptionists. He had no time to discuss my concerns at all. When manners were handed out in his family....he was holding the door! I rated the knowledge field low as I have no idea what he knows - HE DOESN'T TALK TO YOU!
