Don’t go to this doctor. He is rude, late, dirty and part of 21C oncology. Horrible experience.

I won't go into detail here since it is lengthy. Basically this was the worst care I have ever received and after contracting Sepsis three days after a procedure. I was harassed by Dr Evans staff while in the hospital. trying to convince me that this was all my fault . 21st Oncology and Dr Evans have been sued before for bad business practices. Look it up.

The staff is very pleasant. They are punctual. The doctor however has a sad bed side manner. I had a Cystoscopy done. They put this dye and water in the bladder. When finished it all comes out. All over you. Then they want you to sit up in it. They won't clean anything up and they expect you to sit in this stuff while it's all over you. The doctor acted angry that I kept saying I won't sit up, until I'm dry. I looked at the Nurse and he yelled out to me, "Look at Me!" When I did get up, the cloth was all soaking wet and dark brown color, and this is what they expect you to sit in, instead of cleaning it up first? The only person that gave him a good review and sees this patient without appointments must be a friend or family member.

I've been taking antibiotics Dr Evans has prescribed me for 6 months...and without them I am in pain. He doesn't seem to care very much, he mostly just wants to get up and walk out the door while I'm still asking questions. I need this problem solved and he has literally told me he doesn't know what exactly to do. All he wants to do is ask me if I am sexually active...I wish!!! I tell him every time that I can't be...it would be painful or just feel like I had to urinate. He literally makes me feel like I have to be my own doctor. He rude and condescending and I just cancelled my next appointment with him and I'm going somewhere else. Don't let this man take your money!!!! It's cost me over $1000 and still no answers!!!

During my appt with Dr. Evans, he answered his cell phone 3 times while trying to explain my test results. Each phone call he received during my visit ended up being lengthy phone calls and they weren't calls about his patients (which I would most certainly have understood) They were calls about hiring someone and a call about finance and money and the other the best I could figure was personal. I was shocked to say the least! I have never had a doctor or any other professional for that matter answer their cell phone during a appt with me much less while going over my test results. As far as his skill, I won't rate him because I decided to use a different doctor. Would I recommend Dr Evans? No, I would not based on my experience with him. My health problem is Kidney stones (I had never had them before) and I needed a Doctor who would help me understand kidney stones and treatment and also a doctor who showed they cared about me as their patient, Dr. Evans was not that doctor.

Dr. Evans is the most considerate, understanding, helpful Doctors that I have been to. He has alleviated my bladder problem and sees me if I have a problem, with or without an appointment!
