My Mother was his patient for years. She was struggling to breathe. We begged for oxygen and even said we would pay for it if Medicare wouldn't pay for it. We were told that she would need to come in and walk up and down their hallway so they could observe her breathing. She couldn't even hold up her head. They refused. She died.
