I met Dr. Koliner over 25 years ago when he was part of a team S.K.K.C. at Allegheny General Hospital. I spent 9 1/2 months in the hospital so there is so much I don't remember but I remember the great care I got from these fine physicians. I was under a lot of medication but I remember Dr. Koliner's friendly face. I remember associating him with Starsky from the television show Starsky and Hutch. This team of Dr.'s saved my life and I remember when I was sent home and I would have problems I could page Dr. Koliner and he would help me through the rough time. Thank God for doctors like him who dedicate their life to save the life of others.

I have been doctoring with Dr. Koliner for about a year now and have nothing but the highest regard for him professionally. I personally find Dr. Koliner to be very thorough; he asks questions and "listens!" I have never been rushed therefore I am never left to feel as though I am just another claim for the insurance company (aka dollar amount). In fact, I liked his professionalism so much that I followed him from his last place of practice to his current practice (80 Wellness Way - Bldg 3, Washington, PA). My time is respected! His staff has my files updated and available for his review when I am called in to an exam room (unlike his previous location/staff). I am not scheduled and than left to wait but rather his promptness assures me that he doesn't just think about himself and his time but respects my time as well. I hold Dr. Koliner and his (current) staff in the highest respect!!!

I wouldn't take my dog to see this doctor. He misread my tests and I have a lot of problems because of his neglect. He is rude and arrogant.

Extremely impersonal, shirked responsibility for hospital patient, sent physician's assistant who incorrectly prescribed a solution resulting in needless suffering for the patient which reflected on this physician

He is extreemly knowedgeable. He is in charge of Critical care in Washington Hospital. Because of his full schedule he is sometimes late for office appointments. Very comfortable to talk to. Will explain and help patients without being preachy.
