Dr. Lacy is renowned for her knowledge and care of patients. Unfortunately there is a long wait for her most of the time but then you need blood results, etc. to get your treatment.

Pleasant,knowledgeble,patient and experienced,but rarely on time.Long waits to be cleared by her for treatment,at almost every visit.I don't know if she realizes she is maybe overbooked/overextended,or that the scheduling department overbooks her without her knowledge.No doubt,she has many ill,time consuming patient's,given the nature of her practice.And emergencies or unexpected events probably arise.But even so,it's unfair to keep other patient's waiting for hours,which is what often happens.I have sat there with my family member waiting that long.Then that person's treatment gets a very late start,making for a very long,tiring day.Maybe she simply has enough patient's now and shouldn't assume the care of any more people until a better time.Somebody really needs to look at the total picture here.Also,the chatter in the waiting room about the delay frustrations,creates a very negative start to an already difficult visit.
