Have been seeing Dr. Chin for over a year and she does not listen to problems or concerns, only looks at the results on paper. Does not go beyond the test results to solve the problem, only treats the symptoms. Currently looking for new doctor.

Dr. Chin is now on staff with Midwest Oncology and Hemotology, which is part of DuPage Medical Group out of Naperville, IL. When I was pregnant with my second child, I was diagnosed with a blood clotting disorder. I was referred to Dr. Chin because she had experience with treating pregnant women with my specific disorder. The care and compassion I received from her was top notch. Any question I had, she would answer. I had several treatments throughout my pregnancy, and Dr. Chin oversaw each one. Due to this condition, my son was born early. She still maintained my treatment even when I was in the hospital. She came and saw me, and was very caring and compassionate with both me and my family. I brought my son to an appointment with me, and she held him and played with him for a few minutes. At each appointment she starts by asking me about my overall health and well being, not just the blood clotting disorder.

Knowledgeable but very unhelpful and not at all forthcoming with information. We ended up switching doctors.

Dr. Chin was very nice and her staff is awesome, but when she decided to leave the practice she never contacted me. When I called to make my appointment I was told then she was gone. I know doctors are busy, but a letter with her signature would have been appropriate. I decided to see her replacement Dr. Chunduri and he is very good. I like him alot. I prefer a man since I am being treated for prostate cancer. It all worked out.
