Terrible Botox experience! Bad results!it created new and more wrinkles. Uneven distribution of Botox. Will never get Botox again.

I went to Dr. Miller to look at my 5 year old’s scar on his forehead that had occurred from an accident. I advised him ahead of time to please look at it but then my partner would take him into the waiting room and he could talk to me about possible treatment. I explained that my son was afraid of blood and that I didn’t want to draw attention to the scar as much as possible - for psychological reasons. He then proceeded to talk at length - in front of him! - about the posibility of scar revision in the future and went into graphic detail about cutting it out, etc...I was mortified and felt horrible. I told his nurse and within an hour he called to apologize but admitted he disregarded my request. A friend of mine also had a different but similar experience regarding his lack of tact. I came away with no new information and feeling horribly guilty for taking my son there.

Excellent doctor... I’ve been going to see Dr. Miller regularly for my rosacea and actinic keratosis. Dr Miller is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He prescribed a cream for my rosacea which worked wonders, and is a master at laser treatment. I’m very pleased with the results and am scheduled for more treatments in the near furure. The atmosphere is very upscale, and everyone there goes out of their way to make you feel at home. Highly recommended!

I think from looking at these reviews that patients who are in to see Dr. Miller for cosmetic procedures may be treated differently then medical patients. I had a rash and he prescribed cream that didn't help on 2 different occasions. One was expensive and not covered by my insurance and neither helped at all! I saw a different dermatologist who immediately prescribed a cream that got rid of the rash. I didn't find the staff to be overly friendly and I was less then impressed with my treatment.

Dr. Miller and his staff are exceptional. He is very thorough and everyone at the office is so helpful. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I have been a patient of Dr. Miller's for many years and he and his staff treat me like Family. They are all very professional and caring. I feel Dr. Miller does an amazing job and goes above and.beyond. Love the skin care line and they are. Erg generous with their samples!

I am a patient of Dr Miller both medical and cosmetic for may years and have always found both the doctor and staff very professional at all times. They have never pressured me too buy high priced products . They are more that generous with samples for us to try before buying anything!

I found Dr. Miller very good and helpful. However my issue with staff was the attempts to sell high priced products - to which I found it difficult to say no. I would prefer to just have my treatment and be left alone by his assistant. I pay enough for the treatments and have my own skincare line so I really don't need or want additional products.

Dr. Miller has quite possibly the worst receptionist staff I've ever encountered - they don't answer the phone, and they don't return calls. If you happen to be (un)lucky enough to get a hold of them - they're rude and unhelpful. I'd like to assume Dr. Miller is competent, but if his staff is any indication...
