Dr. Berzinch is a very sweet and direct doctor. She's very understanding and helpful when it comes to treating children. I do feel that I'm left in the waiting room a little longer than necessary, but once you're called back and seen, she focuses on just you and your child(ren). I really enjoy using her as my child's pediatrician!
