This doctor is nice, gentle and knowledgeable but leaves you waiting in your room for a very long period of time before attending to you. When you have little kids, it's no picnic waiting that long. The staff told me that in order to get a copy of my children's medical records that i had to pay $10.00 a page. I clarified with them just to make sure and she said, yep $10 a page. So basically to get a copy of my kids records I would have to pay like $1000 atleast. That's ridiculous. I looked up the laws in Maine, and technically they can't charge more than .35 cents after the first page (for which they can charge $10 for the first page). So basically they're saying "you can't have a copy unless you pay a crazy fee.." They know nobody can afford it ..so they don't have to do any work. Lazy if you ask me and not right either. Just not morally right or lawful.
