I was assigned Dr Fizet through the Brunswick medical clinic when I had a virtual medical appointment because of the COVID 19 pandemic and she called me right on time and answered my questions and was able to renew e my prescriptions and also prescribed something for my chronic indigestion/heartburn. Very patient and knowledgeable Dr.. I highly recommend her .

I am writing this review on behalf of my wife who is a patient of Dr. Fiset. According to my wife the Dr has been doing excellent work. On Thursday March 19th. My wife had called to discuss a condition that the Dr promptly recommended antibiotic therapy and that she will arrange to have the prescription sent to my wife’s pharmacy. My wife called the pharmacy but the pharmacy had not received the prescription. she had called and left messages with France her secretary and did not receive any call back. Now today is Monday and France finally called saying that she had faxed the prescription to the pharmacy. After many calls to the pharmacy they continued to say that they had not received the fax. France continued to claim that she had sent it. Only today Monday at 1 PM that the pharmacy has finally received it. The health care industry is a vital service that is intrusted by the customers. Unfortunately my wife has been left untreated for 4 days due to an incompetent process for which the Dr and her assistant is to blame. There was no response from them for 4 days. This is, in my opinion totally irresponsible and incompetant. It is the Dr’s responsibility and the secretary to insure the process is completed. After many attempts to contact them, they had not responded. We are deserving of better service and better care. There Re no excuses.

Dr Fiset est de loin la meilleure médecin que j’ai eue. Ayant déménagé trop loin de Pierrefonds, je l’ai perdue et la regrette beaucoup. Elle était compétente, humaine, toujours souriante et rassurante.

j'adore le dr. Fiset, elle est très à l'écoute et excellente conseillère aussi. elle prend le temps avec chacune des personnes. pour la réception rien a dire non plus, France est très serviable avec tous et est toujours de bonne humeur. Dr Fiset n'est pas mon premier docteur et je peux vous dire qu'elle surpasse tout ceux que j'ai connu.
