Dr. Victor has been my physician since 2015 and I am so lucky that the CLSC passed my thick file to him. And he accepted my case. After two car accidents and surgery due to one accident and my Adjustment Disorder (Major Depression) he has played an imortand part in my road to stabilization. Dr. Victor is a young doctor and is up to date with new medical news, calm, and always punctual. My experience with his front secretary

As my GP over several years, these last years, including Covid, Dr. Victor has been my most helpful, knowledgeable, and available GP since arriving in Mtl some 50 years ago (and actually, I have had very good doctors over all those years). Dr. Victor's explanations are always very very helpful. The clinic staff is also excellent.

I’m hurt and disappointed that Dr. Victor lied to me! He encouraged me to transfer my care to another doctor who was 80. He promised me that he would resume being my doctor when the other one retired. I trusted Dr. Victor and now his secretary told me that Dr. Victor said he will not take me back. I asked if I could at least talk with him and she said no and don’t bother leaving him a message because he will not call you back. I had a heart attack and surgery and now I won’t have a doctor to follow me. If this ends badly it will be Dr. Victor’s fault! He should not have promised me continuation of care if he had no intention of following through🥲🥲🥲
