I have always found the staff very helpful. They are not rude. Teresa is a blessing. The only problem with the office is that Teresa is so compassionate and caring that she runs behind all of the time. So bring a book.

Dr. Van der goes is great if you agree with her, if not, she gets short and annoyed. Am being treated for a mental disorder and I feel her frustration to have things move at her pace has really had an affect on my recovery and willingness to work with her. I just wish she would be more patient....she has said a few rude comments to me that were uncalled for.

I have never had a physician so dedicated to understanding ME and my symptoms. Empathetic, great listener, very knowledgeable, quick to refer outside of her area of expertise, and compassionate. Just a fabulous person and doctor! A diamond amoung the rough.

Dr VanderGoes is the best doctor I have ever known she is caring compasionate and very friendly i do not know what i would do without her.. the staff is wonderful too i really enjoy them

She is very open to alternative treatments and is eager to learn about any she doesn't know about. She's very thorough in explaining and makes sure that I understand what she's telling me. She always explains the results of blood tests and what all the numbers on the test results mean. She's very kind and never condescending or reprimanding. A lot of people have told me that I'm lucky to have her as my doctor and I agree.

They don't come any better. Knowledgable, caring, compassionate, good listener, bright and cheerful. I have 100% confidence in Theresa and would never consider changing doctors. I'd drive miles to see her.

Dr. Vandergoes is by far the best doctor I have ever had. She really cares and several times followed up with a call to my home. Leaving her when I moved was very sad. She is knowledgeable and stays current with medical issues. She is a truly nice person. The clinic she works at however is one of the worst I have been to. It is old and rundown. The receptionists are not friendly. My appointments were always very late.

Best doctor I have EVER had by far! The worst part about moving to Manitoba last year is leaving her behind. Very knowledgeable, compassionate and caring. Very open to listening to what a patient has to say - unlike so many who think they are God, and what could a mere layperson possibly know.

Although the clinic is very poorly run, I have had to wait over an hour, she is by far the most knowledgable and personable doctor I have ever been to. She makes you feel important and very comfortable.

This dr. is one of the best doctors that i have dealt with. I am a nurse and work with many doctors. She is compassinate, never rushes you,is thorough,Gives lots of alternatives, especially natural ones. The clinic though is very old and has some old ways of doing things. The appts also are NEVER on time. That is very hard if you work and need to be somewhere? But this doctor is Well worth the wait and I am very blessed to have her.
