THIS IS TO THE RECEPTIONISTS AT TOZER. My sister has been going to your office for a few years. Dr may be fine but their RECEPTIONISTS leave a lot to be desired. She woke up this am and couldn't see very well. She called to make an apptmt thinking it was an EMERGENCY, and was basically blown off. She was told they are dealing with a lot of ppl with problems and would call back. THEY NEVER CALLED BACK. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM

Was not happy with the results of cataract surgery. Dr. gave me 3 choices; one of them was "live with it", yes those were his actual words, verbatim!!!! Arrogant.

I had plugs for dry eyes inplanted. I called the office on my drive home(numbing drops wore off) pain in eyes. I was told its normal. I called many times over the next 3 days only to get the runaround, Receptionist stupid, dr doesn't talk to patients over phone. I insisted on an appt 3 days later (still a lot of pain from plugs). Dr said PLUGS ARE THE WRONG SHAPE FOR YOUR EYES! Dr never checked the shape when plugs implanted! I was in pain for 3 days, called the office many times only to be blown off. Dr Tozar doesn!t care about his patients.

I've been to this office twice. Both times I had to wait over an hour. The second time I had an 8am appointment and wasn't seen until after 10am. I had to keep asking the staff if they forgot about me. By the time I saw the Dr. I was extremely distressed and was told that their must have been a staff mix up since the Dr. had been free. I also think the staff is not very friendly. I would NOT recommend unless you have nothing else to do with your time.

Dr. Tozer removed cataracts from both my eyes.The results are outstanding. For the first time in 45 years, I no longer wear glasses. My follow up appointments ,the past two years have been with no waiting and thorough and careful. i have recommended Dr. Tozer to family members and friends.

Dr. Tozer has no respect for his patients.The wait is a disgrace. He over schedule patients and runs a factory assembly line. I would not recommend any doctors to refer.
