I can't convey into words how disappointing this appointment was, the staff was friendly enough, even got into appointment on time. That's the only positive I take from this. His entourage came into the room, he was mumbling to them proceeded to talk to them while examining me, about 90 seconds later it was done, misdiagnosed and told to come back in six months for some stupid reason. I have no intention of ever returning there. I was warned about him, but I didn't heed the warning, so after being of absolutely no help to me I went on my way extremely frustrated and no further ahead. Stay away.

Dr Taylor saved my daughter's life. Thank you so much for your excellent diagnosis and your compassion to our family. And thank you for the visit to the hospital for my elderly mother in law, to assess her rash on her legs., which turned out to be ok. You are a breath of fresh air to our family. I don't expect you to be our friend, pastor or counsellor. You are everything you need to be as a professional dermatologist. And by the way, thanks for your contributions to the community as a musician and chess advocate. An added bonus to Medicine Hat.

I don't go to a doctor to be pampered, I go to be cured of what is ailing me. Dr Taylor has provided that curing for my wife and myself for many years. I have known Dr Taylor for about 30 years and he is an excellent dermatologist. If there is a personality conflict, as shown below, best bet is for you to change doctors. As my Mother would say " If you don't have anything nice to say about a person, then don't say anything at all"!

Simply the best cancer doctor in the province, if not western Canada. Idiotic postings by individuals who provide zero medical feedback abound. Medicine Hat appears to be full of patients who are seeking receptionists who will visit and make them tea. This results in pure venting while leaving nothing of actual use to a new patient. Ridiculous.

After hospital emergancy admitted for a severe skin infection (90% coverage) Dr Taylor was called to come for a consult. The ONLY dermatologist in the city REFUSED to attend the patient in the hospital and wanted the patient to walk to his clinic to make amd appointment to be seen!!! With an IV pole!!!

Day 5 ..10 Drs on the case and Dr Taylor STILL refuses to attend to patient in the hospital so we are now being sent out of the city to another hospital.
I have never met Dr Taylor and God help him if I do!

If there was a direct link to the college of physicians board on here I would tag them. I will be filing a report!!!
And rate md needs a 0 star option

Has a monopoly in the city and he knows it. Terrible bedside manner, rush in, rush out. Appointments are never on time, up to an hour late, yet books ton of people in. If you do miss an appointment its $50 no matter the reason, and if you dont pay they send letters to you wanting to collect, even if you dont return.

If what you're looking for in a Dr is: 2 minutes of his time after waiting an hour or more, unprofessionalism, sarcasm, zero empathy, talks badly about patients 'behind closed doors' of the paper thin walls of his office, talks down to staff in front of patients, and threatens staff, THEN THIS IS YOUR GUY!!! If you like being dismissed by a Dr, given the same prescription after repeatedly telling him it doesn't work, and being straight-up disrespected, you're in the right place. Dr. Taylor, you should have had your license stripped from you years ago!!! He is a disgrace to the medical practice and is a miserable, horrible human being. If it wasn't such a run around, I would report him, but he isn't worth my time! Please, do not waste your time looking for relief from this Dr, he will not give it to you. He is awaiting your referral for his paycheque , not because he cares about your well-being. I advise you to wait 3+ months (there is a reason he has no wait times) to see someone else, somewhere else, Dr Taylor will be a disappointment. (unless you are a person he knows/respects; an upstanding citizen of the community; or you donate to his chess or jazz club) I say this as a former employee who lost all respect for this person- Good riddance Dr. Taylor, its time to retire.

Absolute joke! 50 dollar fee when called in prior and said I wasn't going to be at my appointment and faxed over a letter to my doctor stating I was interuppting treatment!! How when he takes 5 minutes the prescription he keeps giving isn't working and he never listens to my concern. So what exactly am I interrupting.
