Dr. Chuck is a true professional; caring, attentative and an excellent doctor. Recently had cataract surgery on both eyes and the results were much better than I expected. I highly recommend Dr. Chuck!

Dr. Chuck is very knowledgeable and if there is a need for a specialist, he will refer you out of network and get the insurance company to pay for it. He is a good patient advocate. I've gone to him for many years and have no trouble getting appointments.
