She refers to special needs as mental retarded. She is a disgrace to human kind

When I first became a patient I was 19 years old or so. She opened up her practice and was kind and it was easy to get appointments. Wait time increased to 3-4 hours with an appointment. My pap returned abnormal and she dismissed it saying it will just get repeated next time. I told her about my poor circulation in my hands and she dismissed it saying if you have always been like that it’s normal. I explained I needed psychotherapy after being a victim of r*ape and I provided a list of ones covered by OHIP. She dismissed it saying they will just want to prescribe me medication. Enough was enough. Because of her lack of care I now have precancerous HPV, Reynolds and SVT due to increased anxiety from lack of psychotherapy.

Dr. Suzan I wish I never chose you as my family doctor.

Truly her rating is zero stars. She shouldn’t be in practice.

I have a family history of health problems and Dr. Ghattas is probably one of the best family physicians who makes sure that all exams that need to be done gets done and if I need a specialist I will go to one. She is very knowledgeable in Women's health and does necessary tests that is to be done for women.

The wait times can be a little annoying at times but the benefit of seeing Dr,Ghattas is worth it, She is one of the best doctors I have ever had.

Dr. Ghattas is knowledgeable, thorough, and conscientious. She's right at the top among "good doctors". She will not leave any stone un-turned when dealing with a medical concern. Yes, wait time is long and could improve with a reorganization of patient booking etc.. But the unfavorable wait time is also an indication of the time she takes with each patient -- listening, examining, diagnosing, requesting referrals. Thank you, Dr. Ghattas for doing your job well regardless of the harsh criticism.

Dr. Ghattas is very caring, helpful and knowledgeable. She does not rush. The downside is longer wait time. She is the only doctor I came to trust in GTA. Even after seeing a walk-in or urgent care doctor(I had wrong diagnosis at walk-in doctors many times), I will go to consult Dr. Ghattas.

Dr. Ghattas is extremely rude and talks to you like you're incompetent. She is very rushed and does not explain anything or provide any guidance or recommendations and literally says "I don't know". The wait time is unacceptable and she lacks basic people skills and empathy. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. I don't understand how anyone, especially a doctor, can be this terrible at their job.

She doesnt physically examine her patients and sits typing on her tablet during the entire appointment. The wait times are REDICULOUS!!!!! And the staff is unhelpful to the point of bordering on complete ignorance
